Shipping policy
Delivery to Finland
Delivery to mainland Finland costs 7 €. We deliver your order to a Matkahuolto pickup point. The pickup point is assigned based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
International delivery
We also deliver to the European destinations available at checkout. International delivery costs 20 €. The delivery method and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery time depends on the destination.
For deliveries outside the EU tax area, the recipient may be charged local import taxes, customs duties and carrier handling fees. These charges are not collected at our checkout and are payable by the recipient in the destination country.
Exchanges and returns
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods. Please notify us of the cancellation within 14 days at asiakaspalvelu@tuohia.com. Return the products no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Simply failing to pick up the shipment does not constitute a cancellation notice.
Tuohia products also have a 14-day right of exchange. Please contact customer service for return or exchange instructions.

Defective product or delivery issue
If there is a defect in the product or a problem with the delivery, please contact customer service. Describe the problem and provide your order details so that we can resolve the matter.
