Ordering
Products are ordered from the Tuohia online store. Check the products, quantities, delivery details, and the total price of the order before confirming the order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order.
Payment
Payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or credit card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail holds a payment institution license.

Delivery
Delivery to mainland Finland costs 7 €, and delivery to international destinations available at checkout costs 20 €. The delivery method and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery time in Finland is 3–5 business days. International delivery time depends on the destination.
For deliveries outside the EU tax area, the recipient may be charged local import taxes, customs duties and carrier handling fees. These charges are not collected at our checkout and are payable by the recipient in the destination country.
Cancellation, exchange, and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the last item in the order. Notify us within 14 days through your order’s cancellation and return service or by email to customer service. Return the goods no later than 14 days after the notification. Simply failing to pick up a package does not constitute a notice of cancellation.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Tuohia also offers a 14-day right of exchange. Please arrange exchanges with customer service.
Payments for a cancelled order will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided proof of shipment. For fully cancelled orders, the cost of the most affordable standard shipping method is also refunded. The refund is made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective product and complaints
If a product is defective or there is a problem with the delivery, please contact asiakaspalvelu@tuohia.com. Provide the order details and describe the problem. The consumer's statutory rights concerning defective products are separate from the right of withdrawal.

Disputes
Please contact our customer service first if a problem occurs. If the matter remains unresolved, you can contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
