One lure – countless possibilities
The strength of the new Viikin uistin 3D lies in its exceptional versatility. Specifically, the Viikin uistin 3D XL model is a weighted lure with a diving lip that performs brilliantly in trolling, casting, and jigging. We recommend a 12–16 cm baitfish for this model, which will pique the interest of even the larger predatory fish. When rigged correctly, this lure is most effective for perch, zander, pike, trout, and salmon.
Secure attachment and reliable hooksets
Losing a fish is an angler's worst nightmare. That is why we have paid special attention to the lure's mechanics. The bait attachment on the Viikin uistin 3D features an easy-to-use and extremely secure clip that keeps the baitfish firmly in place, even during the most aggressive casts. Additionally, the flexible hook rigs ensure that hooking the fish is extremely effective and secure from the very first bite.
Technical specifications and precise trolling depths
Accuracy is key, especially when trolling. The Viikin uistin 3D is dimensioned for optimal swimming action. You can choose from several different weight classes between 5 and 21 grams, which allow you to target fish at just the right depth. Below are the approximate trolling depths for different weights when trolling at 4 km/h with 30 meters of line out:
- 5g: 2 meters
- 7-14g: approx. 3 meters
- 18-21g: 4-5 meters
